新生國小英語村進村學校用車注意事項

用車學校注意事項:

1. 出發前3天,東展遊覽車公司會主動與各校聯絡接送學生事宜,如欲與東展聯絡,可撥9602211。

2. 各校如因故不能到新生國小英語村體驗,請務必於8日前通報教育處及新生國小,由新生國小通知東展,避免因未通知東展或延遲通知東展造成違約。

3. 「車輛安全檢查暨驗收記錄單」為東展每月請款時必備文件,各校用車前請詳細填寫,並請驗車代表務必簽名或核章,並且將正本交由東展收執,以作為其請款之依據,各校若有需要保留該份文件,請自行視需要填寫若干份或影印留存。

4. 「車輛安全檢查暨驗收記錄單」為東展每月請款時必備文件,若勾選「驗收不通過」,請務必填寫違反合約第幾條、項、款、目(合約書條文請見新生國小英語村網站下載區下載),以俾利作為扣款的依據。

【新生英語村一日遊學報名注意事項】

1. 時間:活動上課時間8:30開始,中午12:00結束。

2. 費用:入村每位學生需繳交新台幣100元整(含教材、水電、清潔費),低收入戶免繳費用(入村時請繳交英語村低收入戶學生進村費用減免清冊【附件一】)。* 學校請盡量於遊學入村二週前,至銀行以匯款方式繳費新生國小只收取學生每人進村費用100元,車資費用將由新生國小向教育處課發科申請

3. 匯款:入村費用請繳入

匯款後收據正本請於遊學當天送交新生國小吳春樺 Erin老師(9283791轉320),新生國小亦將開設領據請隨隊老師帶回核銷。

4. 午餐:英語村中午沒有供應午餐,如需利用英語村用餐,可自行訂便當或由本校代訂(代訂須先通知英語村葷素數量及價格),可於英語村一樓餐廳用餐。

5. 名單上傳:欲進村的學校請於二週前,請直接寄至singshengschool@gmail.com 吳春樺 Erin老師。

6. 退費:依據宜蘭縣政府教育處府教課字第0990118750號函規定,英語村經繳費確認後,當日無法到村遊學者,予以退費百分之五十,請填寫英語村退費申請表【附件二】,於當天拿此申請表申請退費。

7. 隨隊教師:隨隊老師可進入各站進行照片拍攝,但請勿打擾英語教師上課,並請勿與學生交談,亦請勿長時間留在各站裡(勿超過十分鐘以上)。

8. 進村順序:各分組入村關口站名順序如【附件三】

9. 其他:如排定五年級學生人數沒有全到,或需更改人數,請儘早通知英語村。

新生英語村管理使用辦法

壹、緣起

宜蘭縣政府為了符應時代潮流,實現資訊立縣、發展觀光事業等特色。早在多年

前即率先其他縣市在國小全面實施英語教學及早培育縣民,成為有競爭力的未來

公民,在縣府推展下,做法多元、活潑有創意,成效斐然。本縣為更落實英語的

推展,爰開創多元學習環境、涵養學生國際視野並能融合多元文化,更為照護

弱勢族群均等學習機會,乃營造英語實境模擬之套裝課程,遂於新生國小設置

英語村,提供親師生體驗及運用教學情境。

貳、依據

宜蘭縣各國民中小學校舍(地)及設備借用管理自治條例之規定辦埋。

參、開放對象

各公立機關、學校或合法立案之私立機關、學校、團體。

肆、使用功能

供英語村內情境體驗之用,進入村內,必須先至網站下載相關課程,學會村

內基本英語會話用語,或自行練習情境對話之後,始能申請入村。

伍、本英語村借用單位,不得做為對外營利之事業

陸、租借費用
場地費一日(八小時計)1000元,代辦水電費1000元,冷氣費每天1500元

,清潔費每日1000元。另,收保證金2000元,前項保證金於場地使用完畢,

回復原狀後,無息發還,但借用人如 有毀損場地,應視其損害程度於該保證金

中扣抵,如有不足,並得追償。

英語村一日遊辦理流程

Before the event

1. Please make sure the application process is successfully completed.

2. Collect the number of participating students and teachers.

3. The participating students and teachers can prepare their own lunch or have

Shin Sheng Elementary School to book for them. It is fine to leave the English

Village after finishing lunch there.

4. The price for each student is 100 NTD. Please wire transfer the payment. Low

income student are exempted from the payment and should be excluded

before the payment is wired.

5. The participating schools are responsible for their own insurance and transportation fee.

6. Please download the pre-event teaching materials from the Shin Sheng Elementary School and teach it to the students before the event.

The content of the event

The event is host by foreign teachers to provide an “English only” learning

environment. Students are grouped for each different stations and learn at each

station by turns based on their “English learning passport”. The event is

consisted of the following three parts.

  1. Pre-event learning: the participating school should download the pre-event teaching materials from the Sin Sheng Elementary School and teach it to the students before the event to maximum the learning experience.
  2. Event: There are maximum of 6 groups for each events with maximum of 12 students in each group. Please group the students before the events.
  3. Extended activities: the participating school can download the post-event teaching materials from the Shin Sheng Elementary School and teach it to the students after the event to maximum the learning experience.

At the village

1. Please enter the English Village from the east entrance of the Shin Sheng Elementary School.

2. There are maximum of 6 groups for each events with maximum of 12 students in each group. Please group the students before the events.

3. The participating home-room teacher should stay in the English village during the event. She/he should help to managing the students, maintain a clean environment, and make sure to not affect the peace of students at Shin Sheng Elementary School.

4. Beverage and snack are not allowed in the English Village. Please bring water bottle and use the drinking machine in the village if water is needed. If the participating school leave in the village for lunch, please make sure the leftover is properly processes and be sure to maintain a clean environment after the lunch.

The responsibility of the leading teachers

1. Complete the application, collection of the payment, payment transfter, download the pre-event learning materials, and other necessary pre-event preparation.

2. Lead the students to the English Village at the designated time and date.  Participate the learning event and mange the students during the event.

3. Lead the students during the lunch and break time. Cooperate with the necessary English learning activities.

4. Complete learning evaluation and feedback form.

The rules for participating students

According to the mission and goal of the Yilan county English Village, the event rules are as followings:

In order to ensure everyone’s fair chance to learn English and obtain confidence and enjoyment during the learning, every participant must comply to the following rules:

1. I will do my best to communicate in English

2. I will pay attention during the class.

3. I will attend the classes and activities on time.

4. I will respect and cherish any public property.

5. I will comply to the rules in the English Village.
