可由共備的老師或授課老師來說明教案內容
同時讓觀課了解學生的背景(包含特殊生)

協助填寫觀課紀錄表,並於觀課結束後的議課時間給予授課者回饋
三部曲-議課

議課的時間安排可在觀課結束後二天內進行
議課時可先請授課者分享授課心得,再由各組觀課者分享觀課心得
觀課心得應從單元學習目標討論學生學習成功或困惑處,也可分享從觀課中學習到什麼
觀察者分享完畢,進入提問討論,透過對話引發多樣思考,而不做結論
