用愛去教育學生－Can Love possibly be a flow of impact for the students?

五忠，Ray, 一位很聰明的男生，喜歡表達將自己的想法展現在任何一個時間軌道上，但有時，他若失去重心，在學校，臉上的表情就是表現出來。

How are you , Ray?I asked him.(我說：還好吧，RAY?)   Not so…good.Umm…他說。想說就隨時來英語教室可以找Chris說說話，不見得要特別說何事，即便是分享你想要說的人事物及任何事，Chris都歡迎你。我說。　孩子的感受是直接的，也會影響這孩子所有的學習動線，學習上的意願、被授課學生的感受，輕者心情受損，重者，立馬關心。但Ray，從開學到現在，我發現他不比在上一個學度反應來的這麼的激動，反而我所看到的是他”成長”了，他變的比較成熟了，在情緒上面，變的願意跟老師們分享了，一旦分享，這孩子們所展現出來態度會是成正比的。換句話說，Ray這學期的笑容變多了, 因為他確實有感受到學校老師們所給予的愛…I’m so pleasure to hear this.
