你曾經靜下來真正去感覺愛像什麼嗎？
當它在我們身上發生時，我們的身體覺得愉快，
情緒變得高昂，覺得快活、開放、不害怕、信任和安全 ，
感覺自己的價值和希求提高，
我們對人們的需要和希望有進一步的瞭解，
不願意去傷害自己所愛的人，我們希望加入他們，互相享樂，
覺得它是最能表達人性的方式。
很多家庭因為缺少愛，而產生痛苦、受挫、失望和憤怒。
他們也沒有時間愛別人及互相愉悅。
