案由一：有關宜蘭縣110學年度雙語及英語教育交流活動實施計畫草案，提請討論。
案由二：有關本縣111學年度英語教育整體推動規劃，提請討論。

A. Work Briefing and Announcement
It covers the following-up and updates from the last meeting minutes, and some suggested resolutions of the topic/case status, and task force reports.
B. Discussion
Topic/Case 1: The proposal relates bilingual and English education exchange event in academic year of 110, in Yilan.
Topic/Case 2: The planning relates the implementation of English education in academic year of 111, in Yilan.
