Before the event<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Please make sure the application process is successfully completed.<\/p>\n 2. Collect the number of participating students and teachers.<\/p>\n 3. The participating students and teachers can prepare their own lunch or have<\/p>\n Shin Sheng Elementary School to book for them. It is fine to leave the English<\/p>\n Village after finishing lunch there.<\/p>\n 4. The price for each student is 100 NTD. Please wire transfer the payment. Low<\/p>\n income student are exempted from the payment and should be excluded<\/p>\n before the payment is wired.<\/p>\n 5. The participating schools are responsible for their own insurance and\u00a0transportation fee.<\/p>\n 6. Please download the pre-event teaching materials from the Shin Sheng\u00a0Elementary School and teach it to the students\u00a0before the event.<\/p>\n The content of the event<\/strong><\/p>\n The event is host by foreign teachers to provide an \u201cEnglish only\u201d learning<\/p>\n environment. Students are grouped for each different stations and learn at each<\/p>\n station by turns based on their \u201cEnglish learning passport\u201d. The event is<\/p>\n consisted of the following three parts.<\/p>\n At the village<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Please enter the English Village from the east entrance of the Shin Sheng\u00a0Elementary School.<\/p>\n 2. There are maximum of\u00a06 groups for each events with maximum of 12\u00a0students in each group. Please group the students before the events.<\/p>\n 3. The participating home-room teacher should stay in the English village\u00a0during the event. She\/he should help to managing the students, maintain a\u00a0clean environment, and make sure to not affect the peace of students at Shin\u00a0Sheng Elementary School.<\/p>\n 4. Beverage and snack are not allowed in the English Village. Please bring\u00a0water bottle and use the drinking machine in the village if water is needed.\u00a0If the participating school leave in the village for lunch, please make sure\u00a0the leftover is properly processes and be sure to maintain a clean\u00a0environment after the lunch.<\/p>\n The responsibility of the leading teachers<\/strong><\/p>\n 1. Complete the application, collection of the payment, payment transfter,\u00a0download the pre-event learning materials, and other necessary pre-event\u00a0preparation.<\/p>\n 2. Lead the students to the English Village at the designated time and date.\u00a0\u00a0Participate the learning event and mange the students during the event.<\/p>\n 3. Lead the students during the lunch and break time. Cooperate with the\u00a0necessary English learning activities.<\/p>\n 4.
