Flaming flowers that brightly blaze,
Swirling clouds in violet haze,
Reflect in Vincent’s eyes of china blue.
Colors changing hue, morning field of amber grain,

Are soothed beneath the artist’s loving hand.

How you suffered for your sanity,
How you tried to set them free.

Perhaps they’ll listen now.
For they could not love you,

You took your life, as lovers often do.

Portraits hung in empty halls,
Frameless heads on nameless walls,
With eyes that watch the world and can’t forget.
Like the strangers that you’ve met,
The ragged men in the ragged clothes,
The silver thorn of bloody rose,
Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow.

由於立法院於98年10 月23 日三讀通過「特殊教育法修正案」，其中第35 條，規定國民教育階段資賦優異教育之實施，採分散式資源班、巡迴輔導班或特殊教育方案辦理。條文一出著實造成各縣市藝才班的震盪，但經各方角力，陳情等等的結果，教育部特殊教育小組於98.11.09公告了一則說明，若無意外再生，未來藝才班的定位應已明確，詳細如附檔。
