\nO<\/span>NE DEFINITION of Educational Technology is that it is a systematic, iterative process for designing instruction or training used to improve performance.
\n\u6559\u80b2\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u5b9a\u7fa9\u662f\u6709\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u3001\u53cd\u8986\u64cd\u4f5c\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u6216\u7528\u4f86\u589e\u9032\u6210\u6548\u7684\u7df4\u7fd2\u3002\n<\/p>\n

Understanding Instructional Systems Design<\/h2>\n

\u4e86\u89e3\u6559\u80b2\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\nIf you look up the phrase Educational Technology in a general on-line or hardcover dictionary or encyclopedia, chances are you won’t find it. If you do, the meaning will probably focus on technology applied to a school setting.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u5728\u4e00\u822c\u7db2\u8def\u4e0a\u6216\u7cbe\u88dd\u5b57\u5178\u6216\u767e\u79d1\u5168\u66f8\u5c0b\u627e\u6559\u80b2\u79d1\u6280\u9019\u500b\u7247\u8a9e\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u6703\u627e\u5230\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u627e\u5230\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u610f\u601d\u53ef\u80fd\u7126\u9ede\u5728\u61c9\u7528\u5728\u5b78\u6821\u5468\u906d\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u79d1\u6280\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nEducational Technology is a hard concept to define because it embraces several disciplines harking back to a time when the systematic study of education was new.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u6559\u80b2\u79d1\u6280\u662f\u5f88\u96e3\u5b9a\u7fa9\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u5305\u542b\u5f88\u591a\u7a2e\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u56de\u5230\u524d\u9762\u6240\u8ac7\u7684\u8ad6\u9ede(harking back)\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u5b78\u7fd2\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u7576\u4e0b\u90fd\u662f\u65b0\u7684\u3002\n<\/div>\n

\nOne of those disciplines is Instructional Systems Design, or ISD. During and after World War II, the US military sought a more effective approach to training large numbers of personnel. It employed instructional films and evolved to include a combination of job aids with instructors.\n<\/p>\n

\n

\n\u9019\u4e9b\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5176\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e00\u5c31\u662f\u6559\u80b2\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08\uff0c\u6216\u7a31\u70ba ISD\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u6b21\u4e16\u754c\u5927\u6230\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u8ecd\u968a\u5c0b\u627e\u4e00\u4e9b\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u53bb\u8a13\u7df4\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u4eba\u54e1\u3002\u5229\u7528\u6559\u80b2\u5f71\u7247\u4e26\u4e14\u767c\u5c55\u5305\u62ec\u6559\u5e2b\u8f14\u52a9\u4efb\u52d9\u7684\u7d50\u5408\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nWhat was different about ISD at the time is that it began with analyzing the learners so that designers could customize instruction to best suit their needs.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n\u9019\u6642\u5019 ISD \u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u662f\u5b83\u5f9e\u5206\u6790\u5b78\u7fd2\u8005\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u8a2d\u8a08\u8005\u53ef\u4ee5\u91dd\u5c0d\u6700\u9069\u5408\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u9700\u8981\u8a2d\u8a08\u6559\u5b78\u3002\n<\/div>\n

\nISD\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u662f ADDIE \u6a21\u5f0f\uff0c\u6309\u4e0a\u9762\u6bcf\u500b\u6309\u9215\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u627e\u5230\u5176\u672c\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nISD also incorporated the idea of a systems approach to developing instruction. It is characterized by an orderly process for gathering and analyzing collective and individual requirements, and by the ability to respond to identified training needs.\n<\/div>\n

\nISD \u4e5f\u7d50\u5408\u7cfb\u7d71\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u53bb\u767c\u5c55\u6559\u5b78\u3002\u5b83\u7684\u7279\u5fb5\u662f\u6709\u9806\u5e8f\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f\u53bb\u6536\u96c6\u548c\u5206\u6790\u5718\u9ad4\u548c\u500b\u5225\u7684\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u80fd\u529b\u53bb\u5224\u5b9a\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u9700\u8981\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nThe application of a systems approach to training insures that training programs and the required support materials are continually developed in an effective and efficient manner to match the variety of needs in an rapidly changing environment.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u9019\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u662f\u53bb\u8a13\u7df4\u4ee5\u78ba\u4fdd\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u8ab2\u7a0b\u548c\u5fc5\u8981\u652f\u63f4\u7684\u6559\u6750\u80fd\u4e0d\u65b7\u7684\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u679c\u8207\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53bb\u914d\u5408\u5feb\u901f\u6539\u8b8a\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u591a\u8b8a\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u3002\n<\/p>\n

Performance Technology<\/h2>\n

\nHuman Performance Technology (HPT) goes beyond "just" training and instruction. It uses a wide range of interventions drawn<\/u> from many disciplines including behavioral psychology, instructional systems design, organizational development, and human resources management.\n<\/p>\n

\n\u4eba\u985e\u7e3e\u6548\u79d1\u6280\u8d85\u8d8a\u4e86"\u53ea\u662f"\u8a13\u7df4\u548c\u6559\u5b78\u3002\u5b83\u5be6\u884c\u5728\u79d1\u6280\u7684\u5ee3\u6cdb\u7bc4\u570d\uff0c\u63d0\u53d6\u51fa<\/u>\u8a31\u591a\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u884c\u70ba\u5fc3\u7406\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u7cfb\u7d71\u8a2d\u8a08\u3001\u7d44\u7e54\u767c\u5c55\u3001\u4eba\u985e\u8cc7\u7522\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nAs such, it stresses a rigorous analysis of present and desired levels of performance, identifies the causes for any performance gaps, offers a wide range of solutions with which to improve performance, guides the change management process, and evaluates the results.\n<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
